Shop policies

• If the item was damaged during shipment, I'll replace it.
• If the item arrived defective, I'll replace it.
• If I shipped the wrong item, I'll take it back.

• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery 
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
• Item must be returned with original packaging. 
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (you will receive your credit within a certain number of days depending on your credit issuers policies)
•  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

•  $200 design deposit required (non-refundable) deposit will be applied to final payment
•  FULL payment (non-refundable) required prior to painting
•  FULL payment due within 14 days of design approval or design deposit ($200) will be forfeited

Each blood or intimacy-infused ring is a deeply personal, one-of-a-kind creation—crafted with intention, permanence, and ritual. Because of the unique nature of these pieces, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. If you have any questions, concerns, or need guidance before or after your purchase, I welcome you to reach out.
