If the item was damaged during shipment, I'll replace it.
If the item arrived defective, I'll replace it.
If I shipped the wrong item, I'll take it back.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Conditions of return

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Item must be returned with original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (you will receive your credit within a certain number of days depending on your credit issuers policies)
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Made-to-Order and Commissions

$200 design deposit required (non-refundable) deposit will be applied to final payment
FULL payment (non-refundable) required prior to painting
FULL payment due within 14 days of design approval or design deposit ($200) will be forfeited
